Top jobs: Professor comes in at #3
So maybe we weren’t crazy going to graduate school in hopes of living the academic life. According to a “Best Jobs in America” poll posted on Lifehacker (conducted by Focus.com), College Professor ranks as #3, only behind Systems Engineer and Physician Assistant. Interestingly enough, there are apparently more Professors than Systems Engineers and Physician Assistants combined, 278,000 vs. 88,000 and 82,000, respectively. Though I don’t know if I can trust a “best jobs” list that doesn’t include actuary…
